Joy+Full Health is a practice, not a state. To sustain a health practice, you need Support. This includes Peers, Role Models, and Mentors. If you decide to work with us, we can be key Mentors on your Health & Fitness team.

You need practice using effective stress management tools besides exercise. When you experience high emotional and/or physical stressed, quitting happens easily and makes sense. But when you have good coping tools and people you can lean on, you can discharge that stress and stay on track with your Joy+Full Health practice.

You need adaptive exercise and nutrition plans that change with you. Your body’s needs change a little bit each year, and a lot each decade. So should your workout and food plans. We can show you how to realize your Joy+Full Health practice now, and empower you to move with change over time so that you can live your best life indefinitely.
